Fisting - Anal Play

Refers to a sexual practice that involves the partial or complete introduction of the hand into the anus of a man or the vagina of a woman. It is one of the extreme practices in the BDSM field and requires prior care and prevention measures such as disinfection, cleaning, lubricants and the like. Wearing latex gloves is recommended. Depending on the position of the hand, there are different types of fisting. An often used technique is the "silent duck", in which the hand forms the beak of a duck and is then slowly inserted into the anus or vagina. Fisting does not typically require the insertion of a fist-shaped hand, although the term is borrowed from the English term fist. However, this is also possible and is known in the scene under the term "punching". A more violent form of fisting is double-fisting, in which both fists are inserted into the anus or vagina. Here the pleasure feeling is primarily increased by the stretching of the anus or vagina than by the insertion and removal of the fist or the hand. The practice requires a great confidence from the person who is fisted and a great empathy from the one who is fisting. Prior communication as well as common boundaries and the use of a security word to end the session immediately are essential. A relaxed atmosphere and pleasant position of the passive person can additionally increase the pleasure. However, especially in anal fist traffic, greater caution is required as the anus is not as stretchy as a vagina. In addition, the blood vessels of the rectum can be injured after anal fisting. Infections can be prevented by wearing disposable gloves. Frequent anal fisting can also lead to damage to the sphincter muscle, which can be compensated for by people of younger and middle age using the pelvic floor muscles. At an advanced age, however, this ability diminishes and can lead to fecal incontinence. Therefore, anatomical knowledge is an advantage when practicing this practice. It should be noted that the anus has two sphincters. An external one is controlled by the peripheral nervous system and an internal one by the autonomous nervous system without conscious control. It should be avoided to expand the latter in such a way that irreparable damage occurs. Here, pain can give sufficient indications as to whether the inner sphincter muscle is under too much strain. Since the intestine is insensitive to pain, damage can occur during penetration in this area which does not manifest itself immediately as such. It is therefore not advisable to use lubricants with an anaesthetic effect. In addition, the partners should communicate sufficiently with each other during the session in order to achieve the greatest possible chandelier life.
